We provide high quality grooming services in a hygienic, safe, modern salon. Providing the loving care your pet would receive at home.
Including; bath, blow dry, full styling/ clipping to your specification, ear clean, nail trim, hygiene clip & pawfume. Mini grooms include all of the above apart from the styling/ clipping of the actual coat- more commonly known as a maintenance groom usually for those breeds prone to matting. Hypoallergenic shampooing is available for those with sensitive skin, at no extra cost. Prices vary due to breed, size, coat condition, time taken and behaviour.
Advised to start from 12 weeks up to 6 months old to get your pooch ready for a lifetime of grooming! Includes; bath, blow dry, brush out, feet and face trim, hygiene clip, nail clip, ear clean & pawfume. For small- medium breeds a puppy intro groom is usually £20, and for the larger breeds prices start at £25.
We offer nail trims alone and can usually accommodate these at short notice. Nail clips are £8-£10.
We respectfully require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment so we can fill the slot, failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in full payment charge for the appointment. Please call or email if you would like to cancel an appointment.
All dogs should be up to date with flea/ worming, however if your dog is found to have fleas before we start the grooming process, we will ask you to pick up your dog immediately and you will be charged for the appointment. If we find fleas on your dog mid groom we will complete the groom, however you will be charged a minimum of £10 on top of the groom price. This is for the purchase of an extra "flea bomb" to treat the salon, and for the extra time cleaning and sanitising the shop to avoid a breakout.
We reserve the right to refuse aggressive dogs if we feel they are a danger to themselves or our staff. If your dog is difficult to groom and takes our staff longer then the allocated time then you will be charged a minimum of £5 per every extra 15mins spent grooming.
